STORE POLICY
Each tile or art work is handmade one at a time by me at my south eastern Pennsylvania shop. There is some variation in the color glazing and flatness of tiles. This is the nature of the process. Tiles have a nail notch for hanging. Because of the softness of the clay these tiles are not recommended for outside instillation. They will not tolerate freezing weather. Greek Death of Reason pots have no inside glaze and are not intended to hold water. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase of my handmade decorative tile and art work. Each art work has a accurate description in the title and details section. If you wish to return an item I will gladly refund the purchase upon receipt of the returned items in resealable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive damage tiles or artwork please contact me immediately by email Mark@threebrookspottery.com and I will make arrangements to replace them. I want you to be satisfied with your decision to purchase my art work.
Privacy & Safety
Your personal information is secure and is not sold to anyone. I do not collect any credit information. Payments are verified thru third party banking. If you sign up for the email list you will occasionally receive new product promotions or information about current events I will be at.
Shipping Policies
I generally ship with USPS Priority mail. If you want different shipping please email me with your requirements and I will work with you needs. Domestic shipping is usually 3 - 5 days. For shipping outside the USA please email me for pricing.
